THE MODEL OF COMMUNICATION
between the regions
Düsseldorf and Moscow
for successful support of work of German
middle class in Moscow/Russia.
With this purpose communications between the regions
are carried out at various levels
namely at the municipal level of both city administrations of
Düsseldorf and Moscow
and the chambers of commerce of both regions
and at the level of banking institutes of
City savings bank
Düsseldorf and Bank of Moscow,
as it will be set forth below.
Means of communication and bilateral information shall make acquainted with the offers of administration of Moscow city and representatives of Moscow firms on specific cooperation in Düsseldorf and far beyond its bounds namely directly German firms receiving information and in specific cases also consultations from both chambers of commerce and banking institutes of both regions to be read below.
THERE ARE THE FOLLOWING MEANS
of this international communication of both regions Düsseldorf and Moscow are:

- development of marketing strategy for on or another city/region and presentation of this work on the Internet-portal,
- on the part of Moscow for this purpose there will be constructed appropriate buildings to be equipped with the equipment for scientific and research work with the possibilities of technical application thereof, use and appropriate training namely at international meetings of participants from different regions/cultures.
- in Germany various small settlements as a part of large and active basic regions have already a long time ago set a problem to offer special works and services required for international activity such as, for instance, the administration of area Ratingen in active environment of the capital of the federal land Düsseldorf and also as an example for region of Moscow/Russia to involve in this activity and following this pattern to create structure of rural areas far from Moscow in a new fashion.
Following the foregoing main principles there is being developed as follows:
1. the city administrations of both cities of Düsseldorf and Moscow will inform each other of actual activity in various areas, for example about Days of economy of Moscow in Düsseldorf on 12/6/2006,
a) in the Department of public health of the city of Düsseldorf about new medical equipment and new technologies, about methods of treatment and therapeutic practice,
b) at the airport of Düsseldorf about the latest information technologies in the airport business,
c) in the Geodetic management of Düsseldorf about the town-planning cadastre as an auxiliary system in the sphere of town-planning,
d) in the premises of the city administration of Düsseldorf about organization of safety of the population in extreme situations,
e) in firm AWISTA in Düsseldorf about the latest methods of collecting and processing household and industrial waste in a large city.
2. the chambers of commerce and industry of both regions of Düsseldorf and Moscow are jointly working to found and maintain a joint chamber of commerce to promote even stronger than before common economic activity in both regions.
The competent center concerning Russia Düsseldorf chamber of commerce and industry will work as a private consulting firm that will promote its activity at its events and maintain its branch with the office of the firm in Moscow.
The Russian chamber of commerce and industry in Moscow is recommended to establish its own informational station in Düsseldorf where German firms will be able to receive even in Düsseldorf information on their own activity in Moscow/Russia.
3. both banking institutions of these two regions namely City savings bank of Düsseldorf www.ssk-duesseldorf.de and Bank of Moscow www.moskowbank.de will bring together clients of both banking institutions for joint commercial activity such as, for instance, during the Days of economy of Moscow in Düsseldorf or Days of economy of Düsseldorf in Moscow with appropriate events.
4. all participants and especially both of the banking institutions as well as their clients have realized that the knowledge of cultures in both regions shall be the obligatory precondition for economic activity in the corresponding other region, so City savings bank of Düsseldorf with its head office located at the address: 33 Avenue Berliner has equipped corresponding premises for actions for organization of information days to be accompanied by the cultural program.
5. for example, on 12/6/2006 visitors received there enough information about competent departments of the city administration of Moscow showing their great interest in activity of German firms in Moscow; the visitors of these days of economy have been presented a circular in German and Russian specifying departments of the city administration of Moscow with addresses and phones, fax and e-mail addresses; also there is given the description of activity of each department and purposes thereof.
6. it is recommended to place this information on the relevant site to be permanently updated where there will be specified contact persons to whom representatives of German firms can directly address in Moscow so that this remarkable information to become known also to other persons who weren’t be able to take part in this action, for example, on 12/6/2006 at the head office of the City savings bank of Düsseldorf.
7. The city administration of Moscow is engaged in placing all data of the city administration on the same site in different languages with a view to maintain business contacts.

aa) Each visitor of Moscow from Germany at the first visit will notice without any effort that old western mass-media and broad circles from supraregional western policy are not informed of actual circumstances in Moscow, and they also cannot give information of Moscow as they have no means of international communication in the global economic system, for example. such as it was shown in the broadcast of ARD TV-channel in a typical case of disinformation on 12/10/2006 with all participants thereof up to the Russian ambassador in Germany as polite as only a Muscovite can, be who had experience the methods of disinformation of ARD channel applied especially in the tactics of interruption demonstrated shown there. It is clear to each TV viewer who once visited Moscow by this example that there is no sense to argue with this western couple of old mass-media and supraregional policy in their disinformation activity as it is not known for this old couple of disinformers for example, that Moscow is the largest building site of Europe and that Moscow for the last years has grown from 10 up to 15 million inhabitants and accordingly has twice increased its residential and office spaces and that the price per square meter of residential and office spaces in all price categories has doubled and has reached 10,000. – Euro per square meter. Instead of these facts the old western mass-media in their correspondence draw attention to these facts and call for mass protests in Moscow when they see in Moscow a crowd of less than 2,000 people who have been promised something like "Big-Mac” from McDonalds" so that they could show them in the West as participants of a manifestation of protest such as, for instance, this article in The Di Velt newspaper, and finlally there is found out senselessness of these efforts of old western mass-media as it is obvious here as citizens of Moscow use any chance to work in the city; all inhabitants of Moscow became proprietors of their apartments without being burdened with debts or mortgage; having 2-3 apartments a person in Moscow is a dollar millionaire and there are more than a million of these people in Moscow measuring only according to the fund of residential and office spaces.
The financial budget of the city of Moscow has almost no debts; moreover, Moscow is the region being free from the style of work of old western mass-media as the point of collection of disinformation and economic unsuccessfulness.
bb) In Moscow/Russia it is not only possible to understand that this couple of old western mass media/representatives of the western policy not only misinforms about Moscow/Russia, but also about certain subjects in Germany, such as about the legislation and policy in German tax and pension sphere, about workplaces, and so on, and so forth.
Thus, the visitor from Moscow shall learn that he needs to protect its employees and members of his family from disinformation of this old western couple under the name of mass media and supraregional policy, especially with irony being so naturally immanent to citizens of all European capitals especially in Moscow/Berlin/ Vienna and as you can see it here by the example of the capital region of Vienna that even RIM supports especially intensive cooperation with Moscow/Russia.
cc) German firms of middle class on the basis of high quality of their work have such high authority in Moscow/Russia that Muscovites render assistance to each representative of German middle-class firms so that it could orient itself in Moscow if it is not the representative of old western mass-media or old western supraregional policy in that case it is necessary to avoid accompanying these disinformers during there trips to Moscow.
d) It is enough that Moscow/Russia represents itself in the West especially on sites which are conducted according to their own rules, they are maintained and served by Moscow firms and the Moscow city administration in particular it is sufficient that all initiatives arising from it and actions are discussed by specific persons referred to the business here on both sides of these two regions in the course of certain negotiations, especially in Moscow; it is very easy to distinguish actually interested western representatives of firms from pure disinformers acting in the style of old western mass media.
Business-Euroinfo-Service has been working since 1991 in this area of finding-out actual circumstances in the global economic system by means of informational stations and communications under the theory of forces of contact of two cultures on both sides offering corresponding opportunities of training in the subjects presented here.
8. 2. What is motive power of the society of the future, what changes caused by changes in motive forces which in the future will determine development of open spaces of Russia the society is faced with and what forces resist to this changeable development both in the West and in the Eastern Europe?
a) in the future manufacture of goods and services directed to maintenance of daily needs of each person will be at the head of the question as it is the motive power of each person. Suppliers of services and also manufacturers and owners of day-to-day goods are simultaneously the carriers and owners of their own capacities. They can independently offer their services and sell their goods. The new modern informational and transport system grants at our disposal means for distribution there being supported and determined by development of computer and information engineering.
Presence of rights to goods and services is also determined by the fact that their owners bear the personal responsibility for shortcomings and delays in their work and, consequently, it is in their interests to produce faultless goods and services in term stipulated by them. They even undertake payment of indemnification out of their own purse and are responsible for them in most cases without any sufficient reasons for so doing. Therefore, it is the industrial capacities that take the first place instead of the person of the manufacturer and it is advertising that is exclusively the subject of their work. It is the client that is the king chosen by them instead of a representative of state authorities, churches, trade union or mass media.
Development of concentration of capacities on transportable goods has always been the carrier of traces of culture, especially in days of the Ancient Greece and expansion of Islam. Examples of this may be found even in Russia. Thus, tsars even more than 500 years ago used to send merchants to the East and allowed them to carry out there free trade and to sustain relations to give a push to one of the greatest developments of the country for some last centuries after lots of fugitive bonds settled in the East and founded trading ways and shopping centers there. The openness and freedom has always directed the development. It is especially actual for todays time.
b) It is states with their authority, churches with their monopoly of belief, trade unions with their monopoly of representation and mass-media with the monopoly of information that have been the representatives of a society till present. Today their influence on a society has receded to the background.
The reason for such a change is the fact that these former representatives of the society are not responsible for their promises. Separate attempts of citizens to make state bodies responsible for their illegal actions to demand the indemnification have been awkward, till present the responsibility of state, church, trade-union and representatives of mass media for cases of poor performance of their work has not been legalized by them, and when such laws are available, they are not effective. What is remarkable, however, that it is these former representatives of the society to whom laws are not applied that demand making answerable of those who, acting in the capacity of the employer, directly maintain their existence by means of payment of taxes and fees for their creative activity. High-quality products are delivered by persons. These former representatives of the society have become frightened of the effect from work, services and products of produced by certain people on the free market:
aa) Representatives of church again and again declare that work is the penalty being similar to exile of the human being from the paradise. The duty to work is a consequence of the fall and, therefore, it is not only the human being that can expiate the consequence of this sin by his work but even the church itself. There has been legalized not only guilt for poor-quality independent work, but the whole human life from the moment of his birth has been declared a sin by representatives of church with the deliverance being promised to him only after his death.
bb) Into the similar obedience there have also run representatives of trade unions as, for example, socialists all over the world, with the statement, that work itself represents exploitation of the human being and so on and so forth so that to reduce how much it is possible the working week and by that means to relieve its members even during their lifetime from work as from a sin. A week gives the human being nothing more than 7х24 hour week in that makes 168 hours. And even those 35 hours a week from 168 a person should work are presented by trade unions and socialists as the impossibly long period and, consequently, work is regarded as one of modification of illnesses. The workplace is regarded by them by its status as desirable one, however existing so that it would be possible to work as little as possible by both volume and result without giving any opportunity for the others to work. The workplace is considered and eulogized by trade unions and socialists as a place of struggle, instead of the result of success in work, and often as a communication place to establish their influence on colleagues. Their responsibility for their promises is as great as indefinite.
cc) Representatives of state and mass-media also do not bear the responsibility for poor performance and even for complete failure to keep their words. They bear the responsibility not to the citizens of the country but to their conscience to be absolutely absent during adverse times for the economy and, naturally, representatives of state and mass media, according to their own words, will be answerable and bear the responsibility after their death that is the unique situation in the world of state laws.
dd) Science as a representative of the society has gone so far ahead and has become so uncertain that it dares to approve by means of its own concept of producing proofs anything you like even absolutely opposite things its representatives approves and try to prove and in this respect it has become absolutely venal. It has become more convinced and unequivocal with respect to goods and services being sold.
c) the phenomenon that during full irresponsibility of representatives of the community in general there still exist people who carry out, search, organize work for which they bear the personal responsibility while other people who wish to avoid such work and declare its senseless pattern of life, is the miracle in itself which can make former irresponsible representatives of the community even more incompetent and confused. The secret is what force has its effect, that such miracle occurs again and again and that despite of all efforts of former irresponsible public representatives there exists offer and distribution of work, both in the sphere of manufacture and in the sphere of services and even in volume being much greater than earlier. From among all orders of the society of a separate state there could be counted no more than 3 % of its citizens who as employers and under their personal responsibility provide financing of the state and church due to payment of taxes and deductions from each workplace, provide existence of mass media due to advertising orders and recognize trade unions as the partners and the representatives protecting interests of workers. As opposed to this obvious fact, former representatives of the society, especially from policy, declare that it is they that create workplaces and provide general economic well-being holding back about universal increase in state taxes. Representatives of legislature have not been able to come to the agreement for already more than 10 years about the basic state principles and have never performed any of their duties during this period as they are more concerned by the re-election. Therefore, it is only global economic system from where there may arise changes in which state posts which can only work inside the state not only will be ineffective in the most natural way but even will reach a reactionary level with respect to the object of global economic system.
aa) Employers can work at their risk without observing any restrictions. In this way they are the engine of the global economic system as they are ready to risk and cooperate with talented creative developers of new products and work is not perceived by them as a sin, operation or illness. For them it is a pattern of life and their creativity. Mass media and church speaks about manic attributes among employers if they devote themselves to work for more than 100 hours a week, and in fact in most cases their daily routine is devoted thereto, with employers do not feel any compulsion, but on the contrary they can see appeal and charm in results of their work. There are available, though, mass productions but not mass events to which representatives of the state, churches, trade unions and mass-media worshipped earlier. And these employers who in strikes, prisons and wars on the part of former representatives of the society used to venture their lives completely deny violence as means of achievement of their purposes. In the event of any shortcomings of their goods they also do not apply such means as lie, attempts to bring in a certain mystery and picturesque pictures of hell. They have written the openness and easy approach to their products on their banner. The attitude of their goods and services to clients strictly personal and individual and it influences them in various ways. There only dominates free choice determined by desires. The places of meetings are shops, markets, masses, railway stations, airports and former communication lines of mass media which everyone can equip and use at his own discretion and representatives of these means have got stuck half-way. Offers of goods and communication lines are worldwide widespread and they do not know any borders and, therefore, they are independent of the state whose influence on them has in the same way got stuck half-way. It is impossible anymore to introduce state censorship and interdictions on gathering as these interdictions have become as much inefficient as inapplicable there has become state means of conducting wars because of their boundless destructive force.
bb) Employers with their responsibility for their work are steel not only representatives of new public forces as now they work despite of any borders of states chosen by them. The countries closing the borders in favor of old machinery of state of violence will go to the bottom and won’t be able to maintain themselves, as a small number of employers and creative talents who are ready to risk will gradually go bankrupt. States mounting obstacles on the way of employers or too strongly extorting money by means of the tax system will be left by employers and in the future, as consequence, will be devastated by inhuman conditions of life.
cc) Employers as sellers of goods and services are the economic subject and consequently they choose the place of their residing and citizenship in conformity with their point of view where it is favorable for them to work considering tax deductions and the opportunity of creation of workplaces. The recognition themselves as supporters of work makes them free and boundless as it has never been before in the history. Work as means of knowledge and deliverance makes it possible for the person to find out how to realize himself during the whole life up to the infinity that is called the Lord by religious representatives and church. As a result of this work the human being shall not choose the god but find itself on the way to the Lord. It is not surprising that there exist religions declaring human bent for knowledge on the way to success in work as a sin and the reason for exile from paradise with eternal rest and also call the paradise the carefree rest.
dd) Thus, it is possible to specify Church and representatives of religions, according to their actions, as one of the reasons for evasion from work. It is not surprising that grandiose buildings of their churches constructed for eulogy of the god whose only representatives they are and in which it is possible even today to recognize achievements of construction and history are deserted and are closed in most cases. They have no understanding of their tasks as well as representatives of the state, trade unions and mass media. The state which considers itself being obliged to give promises to extremely well educated employees and cannot afford to refuse the work being beyond its strength and to enjoy spending free time on the unemployment benefit demands shirking their work and loss of self-respect instead of flexibility which is the basis of construction of the future. The same influence on evasion from work is also exerted by representatives of trade unions who in the field of specialization apply the tool of training of evasion from work. Representatives of mass media also do not understand influence of variety of information and all together many times a day present the same releases of news so quickly and floridly that there more likely appears the image of disinformation and simultaneously with it the are made famous means all promoting evasion from work. Specialization in all areas of professional training also does not promote increase in thirst for knowledge, but becomes a preliminary step in the field of further evasion from work if only it is not directed to establishment of interindustry cooperation.
d) Enthusiasm and charm together with intellectual forces of these former carriers of public forces are mute and laconic. And at the same time none of citizens has become silent and not reacting to speech. The separate human being is spiritually alive owing to his own forces and presence of his personal responsibility. As the history shows, representatives of the state kindle wars entailing destruction of the population not considering its opinion without any reason because of there incompetence. They seem to not accept the world as if they came to it they would be compelled to refuse their right to existence. In the future they will remain alone and for this reason not capable to any actions as the population is necessarily compelled to give functions of representatives of authority to the most unable persons as it could be seen by the example of former GDR which has brought itself to crash by construction of the wall when all creative powers of this country have been compelled to be hidden first and then after intellectual lacks of talent have made the way to the management of the country through party structures within last 30 years they ran away from the country through this erected wall.
e) now it is clear why not only the Eastern Europe led by Russia but also the Western states and communities must implement a great reorganization with it being necessary to note that there can be a great mistake if in the course of the reorganization Russia will start to aspire to the Western scales. Within the framework of these scales Russia won’t be able to develop up to the level at which the West is now, as the West must adapt the carriers of its public forces for absolutely new future. Russia understands the necessity of reorganization in all areas of life, namely reorganization of conditions of life of its citizens. However, there is no comprehension thereof in the West yet and representatives of public forces oppose to such reorganization by all means.
aa) Therefore, it is not surprising that former representatives of the society especially mass media in respect of Russia give practically no or false estimation as it has already been repeatedly made for a short time interval. In the West it is not visible that former representatives of public forces considered success of a separate person in a way to be different from the previous one. Trade unions have reduced the number of working hours a week to 30 and less and work is still presented by representatives of religions as punishment for sinful behavior of the human being.
bb) The Enemy will turn into a friend and business cooperation will be established therewith if during a hard time good advice or idea by means of which it will find freedom and well-being will be given to it. If the enemy follows a kind advice, it will become a friend. If the enemy doesn’t follow a kind advice, then it will act in a way being opposite to the advice of his friend declared an enemy and ipso facto it will be inevitably work on its own destruction. Unfortunately, the knowledge that the enemy due to a kind advice can turn to a friend or absolutely disappear not only does not become widespread in the developed relationships between states, but on the contrary is wrongly regarded by their representatives who in the event of divergence of their views use war as means of achievement of their purposes such as betrayal or espionage. The openness of the state is the tool of peace. To this openness there shall also belong the force of transformation of the kind advice so that the openness should not entail servitude. Thus, creativity and generation of ideas entails non-admission of collision between both parties that would have seemed inevitable.
f) At present there is effective the industrial force the employer applies with the purpose of manufacturing high-quality goods whereas in the wars of the past unleashed by heads of states it resulted in peace.
Numerous claims of representatives of church on individual representation of the god result in interpenetration with respect to other religions, levity and war. The today’s division of Europe into the Western and West parts returns to unresolved distinctions in views between the Greek or Russian orthodox church and Catholic without any hope for mutual understanding.
g) Incompetence of present heads of the society also does not make it possible to set relationships between both parts of Europe till now. Misunderstanding, evasion from work and absence of imagination have the same roots and purposes resulting in robbery of others and loss of the advantage. Manufacture of high-quality goods requires that the manufacturer acting in the capacity of the employer should be well informed about needs of those buyers by whom it is guided and its volume of goods and services should represent the best and most realizable advice to be given in the present situation.
аа) Thus, achievement of peace shall mean to find and suggest the best and the fairest advice to the enemy in the circumstances. It is the supreme form of creativity and ability to dream comparable with ability of the employer to force to work workers who had better have a rest instead of working better or in every possible way to evade from it. In both cases it seems impossible to achieve the goals. In both cases there act mysterious talents of creativity it is almost impossible, unfortunately, to meet quite often. These secrets are similar to sacrament of a birth of the child which wakens forces of responsibility. In this respect proabortionists are the example of full absence of imagination and the sample wars unleashers in all niches of the human society when their representatives of the state at the moment of achievement of the highest economic parameters decide not to give money to children of the society to be necessary for their high-grade life and kill them in a parent womb of trust, and the same representatives of the state involve such economic refugees from various countries with the promises about popular economic maintenance, and then these refugees shall execute all that dirty work comparable with house cleaning which these fans to give a refuge are already unable to do. At such construction of the society of abortions it is forgotten that the society is built according to the agreement of generations and that in the further it will be unable to implement this agreement, as one of the partners of this agreement of generations starting from the moment of the other’s birth shall subject it, for the sake of its sexual satisfaction, to violence, but in fact the latter one shall maintain and protect the first one to have grown old.
bb) If anybody after these blind errors would think that he will find his happiness in a multicultural society, he will not be made change his mind with the permanent repeated within the whole year truthful messages on operations in such multicultural societies on the Balkans. Such unreal erroneous ideas about a multicultural society are the consequence of isolation and absence of imagination and may come to somebody’s mind during his stay in the isolated cells in the far resting-places. At such a "ballast" of errors it is not surprising that most of workers of the Western Europe looking free time today at the paradoxical grave condition of the society and simultaneously at the time of the best medical maintenance and the least working hours try to get used to absence of imagination and it becomes gradually possible for them.
3. Some representatives of all these strategies of evasion under their responsibility have brought Russia as a support of their social and labor presentations to war. Today this support has gone, as in modern Russia this evasion by some uncertain way has turned into responsibility and success. In Russia the human being is at the end of all these public experiments. Russia has understood and has tested the causal relationship between numerous abortions, revaluation of forces of separate people in the family, on a workplace and by teenagers in kindergartens with respect to the existing system with the consequence of inability to create faith in themselves, absence of belief in their own forces and in other people. The socialist picture of life of individual interchangeability of human relations has destroyed the motivation of a separate person directed to success and social responsibility, therefore only the system having family orientation can survive in Russia. In Russia there won’t be repeated anymore experiments on implementation of socialist forms of life, while in the West some parties and existing representatives of the society right now try to throw the society into such experiments to meet the difficulties to be similar to the Western European ones Russia is leaving right now. And it is not known yet when the West would be able to understand these causal relationships of loss of motivation.
4. According to these provisions Russia shall act right away in such a way so that at such a change of public forces to become a European country with the greatest potential of development in which there would be realized creativity and imagination. Russia will attract forces of creativity and imagination from many countries of the world and not only for the reason that its European part is a gate to the Asian territories challenging the human forces by their scope and size. If Russia concerning Siberia at present represents inhuman labor camp it is impossible to forget that even some centuries ago serf people used to run away to open spaces of Siberia searching for freedom from the Eastern Europe and have created there by their grandiose efforts the whole country with roads and fortresses with lots of goods and trade and it is there where there has been constructed one of the first free societies where heads used to be elected according to their personal qualities. And today, after the state compulsory form of labor organization has failed, Russia has chosen free labor and the private form of organization of industry so that to effectively use natural resources of their land. Russia has understood the penetrative force of high-quality labor that is still may be used in small and flexible manufactures. It has also understood that it is strongly needs talents for its economic development to be attracted from all over the world. It has also understood that science must refuse managing motivational forces of the human being, as it is only success that can promote manufacture of goods and granting of services. The human being shall build his relations by himself and shall only receive motivation through knowledge of his own possibilities. In this meaning motivation and possibilities are coming together supplementing each other without creating any obstacles to each other.
5. If earlier money used to be the crystallized form of success, today only a separate person’s own working capacity is the entrance ticket to the society and to any country of the world including Russia. After the state has lost its right to censorship and to interdiction to hold meetings it seems to have also lost the right to mint coins as results of labor became interchangeable and transportable to any place of the world. The one being ready to work shall without effort get the visa to any country of the world as the state sanction to work is not a handicap for his desire to work. And in this respect Russia is the country opening its gate and doors for those who is capable to work. It represents to a lesser extent the country for capital investments and to the greater extend the country for application of your forces, especially for progressive talented developers of production. Possessing operational experience on the international market managers are of great demand in Russia, their labor is well paid, they are vested with large modern projects starting with telecommunications, routes of transportation and vehicles whereas the Western Europe makes everything possible for its tax being the point of crossing of all possible interests to come to deep decline and for this reason it builds obstacles for its development in the future. It is still surprising why citizens till present have not refused to pay taxes owing to illegality of such uncertain and unclear tax legislation (in 1999 for this purpose there appeared one more reason that is the supplemented instruction to p. 2 of section 3 of the Law on income tax of Germany by means of which the new government wishes to prove clearness of acts of the year of 1999).
6. Whereas Russia has made its former secret services open for reception of information and thereby spiked horror and fear into their former socialist companions, secret services of the Western world with their secrets do not aspire to open society. The government searches for the rescue in private listening of all persons taken under suspicion of committing a crime without having the idea that the world is already overflowing with mistakes and statements becoming uncertain when they are made by either one person or another and that the state socialism has failed in its passion to collecting of secret records obtained with respect of circumstances of affairs and in impossibility to understand them. While beginning "computer hackers" already at childrens age crack the informational paradise of both private life and public services giving there open space for their fantasies, their parents vainly, wasting their time and with sentimental imitation of the author of " The small trouble" try worthlessly to orient themselves in their inconsistent erroneous amorousness. Russia has always been the country which at all times oriented itself in vestibules of economic and political key places of the West by means of its own methods and thereby purposefully and according to its own desire got access to all western informational resources as a marriage speculator finds his bearings in female character and by means of his methods moves aside to shadow his charming competitors. This ability at Russia till now was not gone.
7. At last melodious Russian speech as one of means of information interchange will determine the level of world standards on the musical market as it has already been successfully made by Italy and Spain in their native language and that is becoming more and more noticeable in Russia and especially in Moscow. Those representatives of the Western Europe wishing to become aware of language modulation, about the role of songs in Russian language and about the pattern of life in Moscow/Russia should pay their attention to Russian actors especially to Alla Pugacheva and Vysotsky not having by their strength any analogues in the culture of the West and to the greatest degree showing the ability of Russia to changes to West-Europeans.
And any grandiose performances organized by the state are out of the question. In modern Russia without any obstacles in the same halls and palaces where socialists spoke before, at present there are organized musical concerts for all tastes given exclusively by Russian actors and in such atmosphere in which post silence is as much undesirable as silent sitting on the same chairs in long inconvenient rows. In church you will hear neither scolding nor daily reminders on sins as it occurs in the West in churches on the benches which have remained from the times of thoughtless cramming as churches in Russia are places of awe for each person and they are not isolated from him but intended for daily visiting. It is possible to give more and more examples of changes in Russia going down to the simplest vital habits.
8. You should decide yourself to get certain insight about todays Russia. Visit, at least, the Eastern Europe where you will test there own Easter and also you will see raising from the dead of victims of the wars caused by the states and restoration of the damage made by the past socialism. And at the same time in the West you will only get acquainted with the origin of the avalanche of charges in the social sphere.
During the grandiose reorganization of the last century any state will not be able to do anything with such a growth of charges in both direct and figurative sense. Growth of the private social sector of market economy in the Eastern Europe on the border with open spaces of Asia makes fascinating and inspiring impression on talented people from all countries. Invitations will not be dispatched, it is excluded. The success and result will come to the one wanting them and striving for them inspired by all his spiritual forces.
9. The commonly legalized pressure on the part of representatives of authorities, trade unions, church and mass media on independently working businessmen and on their talented developers of new goods is impossible anymore. Though employers at their enterprises overloaded by requisitions by means of laws and taxes in the form of various instructions and restrictions also insert certain influence on workers, investors and separate talented employees do not face any more, as earlier, the unique alternative as the choice between offers coming from various regions. By means of information stations they can event faster than their employers move to any country of the world possessing better conditions of development so that to more freely and more creatively produce goods and render services there. Especially it concerns economic development of Russia that is the greatest country in the world having its great future, free and boundless as fantasy. You should not address anymore to the world which has become more theatrical with the request "Sir, give me freedom of thinking, please" as you have already won this freedom working independently for a long time in the way more looking like a feat. The symbol of new Russia is a two-headed eagle, as the king of air not being subject to the state and as the symbol of the God that means not as much pre-revolutionary time namely Russia as the third Rome as the new idea and reality in Russia. This freedom will not only change the West but will also incline it to cooperation on the open spaces of Russia.

In the West only in the middle of 1998 there started the open discussion by representatives of the society on the subject which new structures can be created when it is already impossible to avoid solving problems of the global economy especially concerning development of tax system of the developed state that must perform functions of social security. Compare the selection of materials in The Stern magazine No 3 of 07.01.99 under heading "All cash departments are empty. Is Germany facing crash?". The private sector has already several years ago and without any loud statements followed the way of global economy that is especially visible on the example of creation of joint-stock companies and mergers of firms with a view to proved unobstructed cooperation. Look daily newspapers of the end of1998 - " the year of merges ".
With time it becomes more and more evident that Moscow/Russia today is making a break in the global economic system and that its principal goal is cooperation instead of enthralment of other countries, that it is not fenced off with borders and it was the first to start making attempts to overcome the existing contradictions between the Eastern and the Western Europe, that someone is still trying to measure Moscow/Russia with old measures and for this reason it is often given wrong advice.

here is my report of my last moscow-travel
with the title
"In Moscow you can see,
how the light and love are born!"
I told you nice words about the smell and taste of the red kakifruits of 24 pieces in the Turkish shop, which I have to eat now, they sit at the window in the sleeping room , where is more cold. My milkshake of this morning now is more fat with banana and apples in small parts and with the sweetness of one date of the faroland, where you find the datepalm in green oasis around full of quick sand , which run in the wind like the snow in your country in the wintertime.The datefruit gives the shakemilk sweetness more light with virginhoney. And can you imagine, now the red kaki has the colour of the walls of the Kremlin and look out of the window and they see there snow, so much snow, that the woodlines of the trees write a book of filigree as you see for example at the "clothes" of my christmastable,also. When I travelled to the southern side of the Alps and the mountains there become more and more low,but also with lightfull snow at the trees, there I saw my first time kakifruits at the trees and the red colour of these fruits in the snow show that I travel just now in a country of wonder and dreams. You see, that the snow is not only white, but full of fantasy and stories and even the snow gives the voice some quietness and warmness, when the sky open his mouth and there come so many birds of ice flying in the air. When you see the sand in the land of faros and you are able to remember such pictures and feeling of hot air, which fires the sky, and you see just now the snow out of your window and in your mouth this shake of kakis,date,bananas running up the wet skin of my own pharinx, then I can imagine, how you fell, when I kiss you. You go back in the bed,smell the warmness of the clothes of these white animals, I kiss your skin and wait for the meat of some birds, which can swim white on the small lake infront of the villagehouses, even behind your closed eyes. When you are able to remember all these wonders of feeling eyes, you begin to fly between all such stories and you begin to sleep in miracles.
Open your eyes and begin to move and your feet take you to more and more paintings of the light, which moves also with shadows and darkness and the movement take you in his arms of castles and houses and you come to a town, which tell you so many stories, when you can read the work of such buildings in all parts.The facade of houses are interest as the face of some person, who builds up this painting as the clothes of himself; I can imagine the life behind the windows as I see the story in my mind of married thoughts. The letters of some words have a melody and the Russian talking is a song for me and you are in the easy life that you can come in some minutes out of this snowfull quietness in thoughts at once to the filigrees of wonderfull houses, going through your own mind and you are in the middle of a concert and sit on the sofa infront of a open window and there are groups of the members of the opera and the instruments make some stories for your ears and to sleep there is the best, when you understand, why the opera has small kabinets, even with sofas, where someone can kiss his love, but even sleep in all the colours of the snowfull town outside. Mostly I go out after some time and walk in the corridors in such buildings and there you can find mostly some Russian girls of the school, because they can not stop talking, and when I meet them there they speak with two voices together to me and they are sure that I understand them and you can see me how I speak with my hands and my body plays the pantomime of the life of this town and the young schoolgirls sing with their two voices in talking and show me what is life in Russia in a dreamfull way. In societies without feeling, they would put me in the crazy house, but in Russia it is the birthday of the dance; after something like this I am ready to sit in the operas main hall with some food in my hands and I look for the filigress of the audience and I see all the faces of the visitors in small lights; their eyes are so open as my wishes and the eyes of the few men are closed, even when you would kiss their wifes beside them as it would happen with me, also.
After short time with a pocket of music I go out in the snowfull air and the birds of the ice tell me some stories and I see the mountains of the Alps being on one top of them, because the coldness take you and the walking becomes noices. You know my way to the bridge, where I stop my walking and between the birds of the ice the Kremlin show himself in the red colour of the fruit in walls and towers and up there are white churches with gold coloured heads, all over electric lights to the sky; the towers of the Kremlin are minarets of your country and such architects know that such slender towers are the signature of lighthouses and only in Moscow you can see such whiteness full of birds of white ice; I get so warm in such situation that I eat icecream, this wonderfull dream in my mouth and only in Moscow they offer icecream in the snow on the road, even in the darkness. When I remember the filigress of GUM, the shopping house of Oriental, and inside are halls so long as my wishes to kiss you, then you understand, why I walk in Moscow in such weather and touch your skin so lightfull as my feet were walking one stepp higher than the earth of the street. How it is possible not to be married in Moscow, when I would tell somebody, what is food in such times of flying thoughts? It is the place to fall in love, maybe only in Moscow the love as the light was born.
Oriental, Tehan, I have to take the mixer in my kitchen now in hot milk with potatoes and with some orinion and garlic to have a fresh soup and to be ready to kiss you, when you eat the same soup of thoughts.
